Each Cyprus registered Company is obligated in providing, irrespective of its size, annual audited financial statements. The specific obligation is imposed on the Companies, whether active or dormant, amongst others by the Cyprus Companies and Income Tax Laws.

Audited Financial Statements are prepared by our office in accordance with the International Financial Reporting Standards (IFRS). Audited financial statements can also be used by banks, investors and other third parties. Our firm can prepare custom financial reports for internal and managerial use.
